Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Matt Shoup, the founder of Supervised Family Visitation.

I started this service out of a deep commitment to helping families maintain safe and meaningful parent-child connections during difficult transitions. I have a background in Law Enforcement and private investigations. My training and experience spans over 25 years in these two fields. I bring both professional experience and personal understanding to this sensitive work.

I’ve seen firsthand how supervised visitation can provide a sense of structure and calm for children, while also giving parents the opportunity to stay connected in a healthy way. My goal is to offer a service that’s not only court-compliant and professional, but also compassionate and human.

I personally oversee every case to ensure that families receive consistent, high-quality support. I work hard to create an environment that is safe, neutral, and free of judgment—for the benefit of the children above all.
